By using the XPO Logistics Customer Web Portal (the “Portal”), you acknowledge and agree as follows:
- These terms and conditions and/or your use of the Portal do not alter or modify the terms of any written contract or agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) you have entered into with XPO Logistics, or your obligations thereunder
- If you have no Agreement with XPO Logistics, you agree that these terms and conditions and/or your use of the Portal do not alter or modify XPO Logistics’s Customer Standard Terms and Conditions, or your obligations thereunder, and you agree to be bound by the Customer Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found on our Website
- You agree that your use of the Portal is subject to the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that the Portal is included in the definition of “Site” as described in the Website Terms of Use
- You are responsible for use of the Portal by your employees, agents, and representatives, and agree to ensure that their use complies with these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, any Agreement, and, if you have no Agreement, the Customer Standard Terms and Conditions, and the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Quoted rates are offered on an informational basis only, as a convenience to you, and are subject to change at any time or for any reason until an order is complete
- XPO Logistics expressly disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Portal.
